1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Exposr, by Yetron Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using Exposr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Exposr. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep such information updated. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining one device per account where practicable, providing accurate profile information, and securing your password. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use a single primary device for your account where feasible
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Photo Verification & Authenticity

Photos uploaded to Exposr for visit verification must be taken by your own device. We use EXIF metadata validation to verify photo authenticity. You agree not to:

• Upload photos taken by devices you do not own or control
• Submit spoofed, edited, or manipulated photos to falsify visits
• Use photos from the internet or other sources to represent your own travel

Yetron Tech reserves the right to enable or disable strict photo validation at the administrator's discretion. When strict validation is enabled, photos may be rejected if EXIF data does not meet our authenticity requirements.

5. Location Data & Accuracy

Exposr relies on GPS location pings and device-reported coordinates to verify visits. You agree not to use mock locations, spoofed GPS data, or any means to falsify your geographic position.

We may use impossible travel detection to identify locations that cannot be reasonably reached within the time between reported visits. Accounts exhibiting impossible travel patterns may be flagged, reviewed, or suspended.

While we strive for accuracy, location data may be subject to GPS and network limitations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location verification.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Exposr includes AI-powered features such as chat and trip planning, powered by third-party AI services (e.g. OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on configuration). These features are provided for informational purposes only.

AI-generated responses do not constitute professional advice (including travel, legal, medical, or financial advice). AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

Yetron Tech is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Trip Planning Disclaimer

Exposr is not a travel agency. Flight and hotel data displayed in the app are sourced from Amadeus APIs and other third-party providers. Such data may not reflect real-time availability or pricing.

You are solely responsible for making your own travel bookings and verifying all details (prices, availability, terms) directly with airlines, hotels, and other providers before purchase.

8. Group Conduct & Content

When participating in groups, you agree to maintain appropriate behavior and treat other members with respect. You are responsible for content you share within groups.

Group administrators have the right to manage their groups, including removing members or content that violates these Terms or community standards. Yetron Tech may also take action to enforce these Terms in group contexts.

Shared content must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe on the rights of others.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and other content you upload to Exposr. By uploading content, you grant Yetron Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service and displaying it within the app.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

The Exposr brand, logos, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Yetron Tech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service or Yetron Tech's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use fake or spoofed locations to falsify visits
• Upload spoofed or manipulated photos to misrepresent travel
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the app
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

12. Termination

Yetron Tech may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF LOCATION DATA, TRAVEL DATA, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YETRON TECH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Exposr shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yetron Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you upload or share through the Service.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications, email, or by posting the updated Terms in the app.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
